Meet Worksafe Standards for Hearing Safety

WorkSafe describes your legal requirements around noise and hearing protection in the workplace. For workplaces, noise exposure cannot exceed noise levels equivalent to 85 decibels averaged over 8 hours, or a peak noise level over 140 decibels.

As an  example, if you bang a pipe 6 to 15 times in your day or if you use a pipe wrench to put scaffolding together, after 2 hours you exceed safe noise levels.

We can ensure you are compliant with WorkSafe for noise and hearing. WorkSafe recommends working with a hearing consultant. Let us bring you our EARS Hearing approach: Efficient – Affordable – and Reliable.
